Winesong! will be held on September 11th at the beautiful Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens showcasing 100 highly acclaimed wineries previewing their new vintages. Pacini Wines will be serving DRY Soda for pairing with the exceptional cuisine offered by 50 fine restaurants and food purveyors from Northern California. This food and wine event is the primary fund-raiser for the Mendocino Coast Hospital.

UWSFC Game Day Food Stand

The University of Washington Student Food Cooperative (UWSFC) is building a student-run, sustainable cafe providing healthy and affordable food to their community. Starting on 9/11 the coop will set up a stand on Montlake previewing their menu while selling healthy snacks and DRY Soda to football fans at each home game this season. All food and beverage proceeds will be benefit the UWSFC so be sure to visit them on each game day!

Seattle Chefs Collaborative Urban Picnic 2010

Celebrated Seattle chefs will prepare another picnic to remember of culturally important Northwest foods from the Renewing Americas Food Traditions (RAFT) list of endangered foods on the rooftop deck at Rainier Square. DRY Soda will be serving samples along with many other local restaurants, chefs and beverage makers. All event proceeds will benefit the Seattle Chefs Collaborative, an organization working with chefs and the greater food community to celebrate local foods and foster a more sustainable food supply.
